Robert J. Higgins – Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Robert J. Higgins is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Trans World Entertainment Corporation. Mr. Higgins founded Trans World in 1972 in Albany, New York under the original name "Trans World Music Corp." In addition to his responsibilities at Trans World, Mr. Higgins is a former Chairman, current Board Member and serves on the Executive Committee at Albany Medical Center, Northeastern New York's only academic health sciences center.

James A. Litwak – President & Chief Operating Officer
James A. Litwak joined the Company in October of 2005 as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Litwak was previously employed by the Company from 1996 through 2000 as Executive Vice President of Merchandising and Marketing. After his initial tenure with the Company, Mr. Litwak served as Senior Vice President of Columbia House, a direct to customer distributor of music and movies, from 2001 through 2005. Prior to his initial tenure with the Company, Mr. Litwak served as Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager of DFS Group Limited, an international retailer of in-airport duty free shops. Prior to joining DFS Group Limited, Mr. Litwak held several executive positions in his fourteen year career at R.H. Macy’s Company with the most recent being President of Merchandising for Macy’s West.

John J. Sullivan – Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Secretary
John J. Sullivan has been an Executive Vice President since May 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Sullivan was Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Trans World since May 1995. Mr. Sullivan joined Trans World in June 1991 as the Corporate Controller and was named Vice President of Finance and Treasurer in June of 1994. Prior to joining Trans World, Mr. Sullivan was Vice President and Controller for Ames Department Stores, a discount department store chain.

Bruce J. Eisenberg – Executive Vice President of Real Estate
Bruce J. Eisenberg has been an Executive Vice President of Real Estate since May 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Eisenberg was Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Trans World since May of 1995. He joined Trans World in August of 1993 as Vice President of Real Estate. Prior to joining Trans World, Mr. Eisenberg was responsible for leasing, finance and construction of new regional mall development at The Pyramid Companies.
